Privacy

This page explains, in plain language, what CoApply does with your information. It is a summary for users and should be reviewed by the operator’s legal adviser for POPIA compliance before launch.

What we store

Your account details, the CV and documents you upload, your profile, your saved answers, the jobs CoApply looked at and the applications it sent, and — if you connect them — your LinkedIn or Indeed session. Sign-in details, sessions and keys are encrypted.

What we use it for

Only to find jobs for you and apply on your behalf, and to run your account. Your CV and answers go to the employers you apply to, through LinkedIn or Indeed. We do not sell your data and do not use it to train AI models.

Your choices

You can disconnect accounts, delete answers and documents, export everything, or delete your account at any time from Settings → Your data.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Paystack. We receive confirmation of payment and a customer reference, never your card number.
